About Brandon

Brandon has been a chef for nearly 2 decades. Starting in kitchens as a dishwasher, he worked his way up the chef ladder, learning essential skills along the way. Brandon is still chef'n these days, as hands on is his preferred method of work. Creating is Chef Brandon's passion, whether it's through traditional mediums of artwork or culinary artwork, his hands are always busy.

Brandon started his own garden in the summer of 2024. It took off and eventually overtook Brandon's yard (and life). So, with his love of culinary arts and all things spicy, Papas Pickles was born. Curating unique and bold flavour profiles for all his products, Brandon delivers a delicious experience and twist on some traditional recipes.

Outside of cooking, you can catch Chef hanging out with his animals, building Lego cities, and enjoying backyard fires.
